Yes, He holds my heart in His hand. This applies to my Lord and my husband. I am a collector of heart shaped rocks. Today's find was a beauty. I have rocks from some really unique places. Mom traveled to Egypt and found one on the floor of Queen Aphrodite's tomb. Uncle Bill sent one from the Alaskan glacier. I have Hawaiian and Caribbean coral hearts and even a few agate hearts from our local beaches. They are everywhere in my house and garden. I feel loved and blessed with every one I find. God is great that way. He Knows exactly how and when we need to feel loved.
What a beautiful evening at the beach. The dogs had a great time chasing birds and their frisbee. It is an amazing thing to see the dogs run and romp and just have fun being alive. Buddy and Pal are our four footed friends. They are siblings and on August second, they celebrated their sixth birthday with a romp on the beach. Unfortunately today, Pal had a slight boo-boo. She broke back her fourth toe nail. It happened right when we started our walk. There was blood, but no shortage of energy. So off we went to enjoy the walk. By the time we returned to the car, we were wondering if we she suffered any injury. We cleaned and doctored her when we got home, but all she wanted us to know was that she had a great time chasing the birds. Oh how I wish my body allowed me to run like the wind, swim and jump and smile like Buddy and Pal!
